Application

Super Seal™ Premium Crack Filler is for blacktop only (not concrete) and is very easy to use. Remove all dirt, grass and any existing crack filler from crack to be filled.  Shake bottle (with cap on!) well before using.  The Crack Filler is pre-mixed, DO NOT DILUTE.

 

Cut tip to a size slightly smaller than the width of the crack to be repaired.  Squeeze/pour crack filler DIRECTLY INTO CRACK.... DO NOT OVERFILL AS IT WILL TRACK.  Wipe/clean any crack filler residue from crack surface.  Do not apply more than 1/4" thick in any single application.

For deep/large cracks we recommend using Super Seal™ Smooth Patch.  Another option is to fill larger cracks with sand or backer rod to within 1/4" of the surface before applying Super Seal Premium Crack Filler.  The Crack Filler will dry to the touch within 30 minutes and depending on outdoor conditions, should be fully dry within 4-8 hours.

 

Caution: Do not allow product to freeze. Apply when temperature is at least 55 degrees Fahrenheit and rising. Do not apply if rain is forecast for 24 hours.  Do not apply in cracks wider than 1/2".  Fresh crack filler will clean up with soap and water.
